Simple process

To streamline the booking process, payment prior to the appointment is necessary. This step not only empowers you in your journey toward change but also ensures that my undivided attention is reserved for you. Additionally, it helps minimise instances of no-shows, a common occurrence in the field of alcohol addiction where reliability can sometimes waver—I've been there myself.

Life's unpredictability is inevitable, and rescheduling may become necessary for both parties due to various reasons such as family commitments or personal emergencies. If you need to reschedule, just give me a heads-up at least 24 hours before the appointment, and there won't be any charge. However, if changes are made with less than 24 hours' notice, I do apply a 50% fee. This policy ensures fairness to both you and others who may have sought the same time slot, while also helping cover expenses like therapy room rent.
